How to Reduce Joint Pain
Joint pain often appears because of inflammation that causes swelling and pain. Inflammation can occur because of damage from trauma, from overuse, very heavy work, unaccustomed physical stress on the joints and even by calcium deposits in the joints. Overuse of joints may deplete the synovial fluid causing bone to rub against bone.
There may be an autoimmune issue where your immune system attacks your own body resulting in inflammation. Joint pain can also be a hormonal issue.
