All orders placed during the weekend will be processed and shipped the next business day.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

We may be able to change an order, or to combine orders, before the close of the business day on which the order(s) is submitted to us. Should you wish to pursue a change or combination, please place an “Urgent” Customer Note requesting to do so using your online order-status page (accessed via your confirmation email) AND call our customer service department to ensure that we have received your request. In most cases, we are not able to change an order, or to combine orders, after the close of the business day on which you submitted the order(s) to us.

In the rare event that a popular item is out-of-stock, or shipping must be delayed, we will place your order on ‘temporary back-order status’ and email you with the projected shipping date.  We are very proactive in determining if we have run out of an item.  However, unexpected delays are possible.  If in case such a delay occurs, we will contact you ASAP via your order status page, email, and/or by phone.  Once we have received the back-ordered item(s), we will email you with notification that your order has shipped. You will be able to determine your order status at any time, including any notifications of back orders and shipping delays, by contacting our Customer Service Department at 877-885-5517.

We appreciate your patience in such rare occurrences, and your understanding that such delays do not award you free goods or services.  If your order contains multiple items and you would like the in-stock items to be shipped right away, please contact our customer service and we will gladly ship the items we have on hand.  The remaining back ordered items will be sent at no additional shipping cost once they arrive in our warehouse.  If your order is split, the shipping method used for the remaining back ordered items is determined as follows:  If you selected Standard Shipping as your shipping method, we will ship the back ordered item(s) to you by USPS Priority Mail.  If you selected UPS Next Day Air, UPS Second Day Air, or UPS Ground as your shipping method, the back ordered item(s) will be shipped by UPS Ground, unless otherwise requested (additional shipping charges may apply if you wish to upgrade).

Please note that shipping costs are not refunded if your order is delayed or if items are back-ordered.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 45 days of receipt of your purchase.

If for some reason, you feel that the product is not working for you, contact our product hotline (646) 290-8651 (or the Contact Us form on our website) to confer with our product educator. We have found that incorrect dosing is one of the main reasons for the product not being effective.

Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original packaging. If item has been opened, we will refund you 50% of the original item cost. Shipping and handling costs are not refunded. Return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please note if you return a product that has free shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Original shipping costs may be waived if exchanging for another item of same or greater value.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

Most of our products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail at a cost to you of $5.95 per product with $1.00 for each additional product within the 48 Contiguous United States. This is our “Standard Shipping” option as shown in our shopping cart.

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on SELECT PRODUCTS on orders totaling over $125 within the 48 Contiguous United States. This offer does NOT apply to a small percentage of items. Our Shopping Cart automatically displays your shipping options and any applicable fees.

We do not make international shipments, but you can order our products through iHerb.com. They ship worldwide.
